Children's Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The portion of your payment that is not tax-deductible is $165 per seat.

**Tickets to the 62nd Annual Children’s Hospital Foundation Ball presented by Davenport & Company LLC and Trailer Recycling Services, LLC are nearly sold out! To prevent an oversell, we have moved to an interest form for the final tickets. To add your name to the list, please submit this form. We will begin reaching out to let guests know if they are off the wait list in early October.
