Presenting – $30,000

• Seating for twenty-four guests

• Your company will receive a full-page ad in the Ball Program

• Your company name will be displayed prominently on interior and exterior event signage

• Acknowledgment as Vision Partner in Corporate Champions Program at Children’s Hospital Foundation

• Seating for sixteen guests

*Most tables seat ten guests. Based on your number of guests, you will join others to create a full table. Every effort will be made to accommodate seating requests. Additional seats are available for purchase.

Children's Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The portion of your gift that is not tax-deductible is $165 per seat.
