Sponsorship opportunities

Submit Ad Artwork

Ad artwork can be submitted to ball@chfrichmond.org or uploaded here.

Specifications: Full page ads are 7" width x 9" height, no bleeds. Half page ads are 7" width x 4.25" height, no bleeds. All ads are reproduced in four color at 150 line screen. 300 DPI. Digital artwork is preferred as a PDF, EPS, TIF or Mac InDesign file with supporting images and fonts. We can also accept Quark, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint files. Ad artwork must be received by Friday, September 27 to ensure inclusion in the Ball Program.

Sponsorship levels

All sponsorships include:
  • Advertisement in the 2024 Ball Program, seen by over 600 attendees
  • Recognition in social media outlets (Facebook and Instagram)**

Specific sponsorship benefits include:

Box Seats – $20,000

  • Preferred seating for twelve guests
  • Your company will receive a full page ad in the Ball Program
  • Your company's name will be displayed at the Ball
  • Company recognition in the Ball invitation and through the Ball website and e-blast
Orchestra – $15,000
  • Preferred seating for ten guests
  • Your company will receive a full page ad in the Ball Program
  • Your company's name will be displayed at the Ball
  • Company recognition in the Ball invitation and through the Ball website and e-blast
Mezzanine – $10,000
  • Preferred seating for eight guests*
  • Your company will receive a full page ad in the Ball Program
  • Your company's name will be displayed at the Ball
  • Company recognition in the Ball invitation and through the Ball website and e-blast
Grand Tier – $5,000
  • Preferred seating for four guests*
  • Your company will receive a full page ad in the Ball Program
  • Your company's name will be displayed at the Ball
  • Company recognition in the Ball invitation and through the Ball website and e-blast
Balcony – $2,500
  • Preferred seating for two guests*
  • Your company will receive a full page ad in the Ball Program
  • Your company's name will be displayed at the Ball
  • Company recognition through the Ball website, e-blast and social media**
Dress Circle – $1,500
  • Your company will receive a full page ad in the Ball Program
Backstage – $500
  • Your company will receive a half-page ad in the Ball Program
Donation – up to $500
  • Your company's name will be listed in the Ball Program
*Most tables seat ten guests. Based on your number of guests, you will join others to create a full table. Every effort will be made to accommodate seating requests. Additional seats are available for purchase.
 
**Please note you may opt-out of any social media recognition.
Children's Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The portion of your gift that is not tax-deductible is $165 per seat.
